Orders placed during business hours will ship the same day if submitted before 1pm PST. Typical transit time is 3-5 business days. Please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking information.
We ship via USPS with standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) at a flat rate of $7.99. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders containing aerosols will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground due to hazmat regulations.
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, excluding Pro Site orders. Orders below $75 will incur a flat shipping rate of $7.99. Please note, taxes and discount codes do not count toward the $75 threshold. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. Yes, our products are vegan, meaning they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients or byproducts. This includes ingredients such as dairy, honey, and other animal-derived substances like gelatin, lanolin, and carmine, which we proudly avoid.
Yes, we are proudly cruelty-free! We never test on animals and are certified by PETA. We love our pets too much to do anything else!
Absolutely! Our products are gluten-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and free of shark squalene, and sodium chloride. We exclude all ingredients potentially toxic to humans, rare vintage couture and our dear environment.

Our products are free from parabens and rely on a botanical preservation system. As a result, some natural separation may occur over time. Simply shake the product well to restore its original consistency.
Packaging Questions
If it is leaking, you may not be pressing down correctly. Hold your finger level and press down firmly. Avoid holding the bottle upside down while spraying. If the sprayer appears to be clogged or has buildup, run it under hot water until the buildup dissipates from the valve.
Reconstructing Hair Masque uses an airless pump system that may be prone to creating a vapor lock. Tap the bottle hard on the corner of the counter and try pumping again. If there is still product left in the bottle that won’t evacuate, you can use a screwdriver to pop off the top portion of the bottle. You won’t be able to reattach it, but you will be able to scoop out the remaining product.
We recommend that you unscrew the pump. Add a little water and shake the bottle. Due to the product's high concentration, adding a small amount of water will not affect its performance.
Ensure the pump is unlocked and then begin priming the pump. This involves quickly pressing the actuator several times in succession to activate the pumping mechanism. It may take a few tries. If you are still not spraying, unscrew the sprayer and ensure the dip tube is attached properly. Then, run the tube under hot water and reassemble.
